Elboque reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges on items that are on final sales, that have not been authorized to be sent back, that show signs of use, or that do not meet the criteria as outlined on this page.
Elboque is unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the purchased item is defective.
In order to return a defective item,
1. The item you wish to return must have been purchased or received within the last 7 days and must be in original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. In that case, write to us via email and let us know what the issue is, and get an authorization from us. Contact info@elboque.com.

3. Ship the purchased item as well as any complimentary items we included as a token of appreciation in the original purchase at the address provided below. Please mark your order number and include your name as the shipper on the package. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the package is prepared in original condition and reaches us safely. The return package should be shipped appropriately with tracking and insurance.
3. Once we accept the condition of your returned item(s), we will notify you of the refund process via email.
5. For the refund amount, the purchaser is responsible for the payment processing fees, as well as all costs associated with the shipping.

Sale or Promotional items, Items purchased with a Discount Code, Special Orders, Intimates, or Accessories.
MAKING AN EXCHANGE FOR DIFFERENCE SIZE::
The exchange applies ONLY FOR Apparels (coats, jackets) for the size discrepancy: If you would like to exchange what you purchased for a different size, please request for an exchange authorization via email. Once authorized, 1) place another order, 2) ship us back the purchased item with tracking number within 7 days of the authorization, 3) the returned item will be thoroughly inspected on return, 4) once the returned item is proved to be in original condition, either a new item in the size requested if available will be shipped, or a refund will be issued to your original form of payment after deducting the payment processing fees. Some refunds might take 5-7 business days for the refund to arrive in your account.
US RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE SHIPPED WITH UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE OR WILL INCUR A $50 CAD BROKERAGE FEE
US customers please note: All returns must be shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service) and marked as a return on the customs sheet. Any brokerage or duties paid at our end on your shipment will be subtracted from your refund. Any orders shipped to us with UPS, FEDEX or other courier other than the USPS (United States Postal Service) will require an additional $50 CAD from you to ship an exchange or return. If you are doing a return the $50 CAD will be deducted from your return amount.
