Elboque reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges on items that are on final sales, that have not been authorized to be sent back, that show signs of use, or that do not meet the criteria as outlined on this page.
Elboque is unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the purchased item is defective.
Sale or Promotional items, Items purchased with a Discount Code, Special Orders, Intimates, or Accessories.
The exchange applies ONLY FOR Apparels (coats, jackets) for the size discrepancy: If you would like to exchange what you purchased for a different size, please request for an exchange authorization via email. Once authorized, 1) place another order, 2) ship us back the purchased item with tracking number within 7 days of the authorization, 3) the returned item will be thoroughly inspected on return, 4) once the returned item is proved to be in original condition, the refund process will be initiated.
US returns/exchanges must be shipped with United States Postal Service or will incur a $50 CAD brokerage fee.
US customers please note: All returns must be shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service) and marked as a return on the customs sheet. Any brokerage or duties paid at our end on your shipment will be subtracted from your refund. Any orders shipped to us with UPS, FEDEX or other courier other than the USPS (United States Postal Service) will require an additional $50 CAD from you to ship an exchange or return. If you are doing a return the $50 CAD will be deducted from your return amount.
